Online: BearthBaskets.com is available 24 hours, 7 days a week for online ordering.
By Phone: Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. Our phone number is 949.873.2070. If we do not answer, please leave a message and we will call you back to take your order.
GIFT OPTIONS
Are you sending a gift? We will gladly include a gift card and a gift receipt in your order. Just put what you would like the gift card to say in your check out comments and we will attach it. If the recipient needs to return an item we will give them the option of choosing a store credit or receiving cash back.
PAYMENT METHODS
Currently, the only payment methods we accept are Visa, Mastercard, American Express or direct cash payment via PayPal.
CHANGING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
Did you make a mistake? Change your mind? We would love to change your order as long as it hasnt shipped out. If it has already shipped than we cant make any changes or cancellations.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will be shipped the next business day, following the successful transaction. Saturday and Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday. Unfortunately, at this time we can only ship within the United States.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for some reason you are not, we will accept returns or exchanges of non-sale merchandise with a proof of purchase within 14 days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. We do not accept merchandise that has been opened or damaged.
Please contact us to get a return authorization. For your protection, we strongly recommend sending return items with an insured carrier.
SALES TAX
Orders bought within California, or being shipped to California will be charged a 7.75% sales tax.
